Most solar cells of the efficiency
Update Time:11/26/2010
2010-11-20 The highly efficient solar cell was first developed by Chapin, Fuller and Pearson in 1954 using a diffused silicon p-n junction. In the past four decades, remarkable progress has been made, with Megawatt solar power generating plants having now been built. Let's us see most solar cells of the efficiency.
Most crystalline silicon solar cells decline in efficiency by 0.50%/°C and most amorphous cells decline by 0.15-0.25%/°C. The figure above shows I-V curves that might typically be seen for a crystalline silicon solar cell at various temperatures.
